How we handle briefing requests
Draft for review by counsel · not legal advice
This notice covers the investor briefing request form on aeromynde.ai. It is written to follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, role, the type of investor or programme you represent, an optional cheque-size range, a LinkedIn or website address, your message, and whether you are willing to sign an NDA.
- Technical details to keep the form safe: the time of the request, your country, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your network address used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
Why we collect it
To review and reply to your request for a briefing, and to decide, personally, whom we brief first. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate consent.
Who sees it
AeroMynde Ltd. (St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada). The form is delivered through Cloudflare and our notification emails are sent through a transactional email provider; both act as our service providers and do not use the information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
24 months from the request, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected]. We reply within a few business days.
